- $250 referral fee (per property), on top of your commission
- Keep the listing and commission (or we can take over the listing too, if you just want the referral and be done with it)
- You're able to be a better agent than competitors, by having a trusted, reliable property management company to refer to your clients in need
- On top of all that, we'll give you back the listing when the lease is up, or if the owner decides to sell (we don't sell properties)
What we offer your client, the owner:
- Tenant screening (includes checking: credit, employment, rental history, sex offender list, terrorist list, etc.)
- 24 hour maintenance
- Accounting: We receive all payments and send owners a monthly statement with their check (also available through our online portal)
- Eviction and Collections, so the owner doesn't have to worry about rent being paid (also offer an eviction protection plan, so they don't have to worry about the high cost of eviction, if necessary).
